One of the highlights of our trip was hosting a resident appreciation event for The Timbers community. We wanted to show our gratitude for the residents who make the community such a special place. We treated everyone to a food truck serving delicious meals and gave out Thanksgiving pies as a token of our appreciation.

Due Diligence: Built for Cash Flow

During our due diligence process for the Summerfield Fund, we were pleased to find that the property is in great shape (it's only 6 years old). The team conducted thorough inspections, and all systems appear to be functioning well. This is always a good sign when you’re looking to make long-term investments in real estate.
